Our Philosophy on Boarding

Animal Care offers a different boarding experience than other kennels. We believe in individualized supervised attention. We take pride in our approach because we believe this is the best way our guests can be cared for. By giving individual attention we eliminate the risk of dog fights and injury caused by dog fights, as well as the spread of bacteria.

To keep all our guests safe and healthy it is essential for them to be current on vaccinations and free of internal and external parasites. Our guests stay in individual runs, with separate feeding and water bowls; this greatly reduces the risk of bacteria being spread by sharing water bowls. The kennel is also disinfected daily to prevent the spread of any bacteria.

Some of the ways we keep your pet safe is built into our facility. We have four in/out kennels which allow the dogs to come and go with the safety of an enclosed area. Each run is enclosed with chain link specially made with small openings to prevent pets from breaking canine teeth if chewing. The bottom of the chain link is smooth, with no raw chain exposed to protect the animal. Each run has a cement knee-high wall so that there is no urinating by males across the runs. The kennel is also equipped with sound baffles hanging from the ceiling to reduce echoing.
