New Puppy Care
Whether it is your first new puppy or you are an old hand at this, it is exciting to welcome the “new one” into your home. Picking the name is often one of the hardest decisions unless you have very young children. You will want to make sure that your new puppy is healthy and that he or she is developing normally both physically and socially. We recommend that you make appointments at 8, 12 and 18 weeks of age so that we can all share in you joy but also advise you and answer your questions as you puppy is growing. There are so many websites, books and so much advise from friends or breeders that you may suffer from information overload. We will try to help you as we work together to insure a long and rewarding life with your new friend. Subjects that we can help you with include nutrition, parasite control (intestinal, fleas, ticks, heartworm and others), crate training, vaccination, socializing, training, spaying or neutering, invisible fencing, plus a whole lot more.
