New Kitten Care
A new “ball of fluff” is so much fun. Whether it is your first new kitten or you are an old hand at this, it is exciting to welcome the “new one” into your home. Picking the name is often one of the hardest decisions unless you have very young children. You will want to make sure that your new kitten is healthy and that he or she is developing normally both physically and socially. We recommend that you make appointments at 9 and 13 weeks of age so that we can all share in your joy but also advise you and answer your questions as your kitten is growing. There are so many websites, books and so much advise from friends or breeders that you may suffer form information overload. We will try to help you as we work together to insure a long and rewarding life with your new friend. Subjects that we can help you with include nutrition, parasite control (intestinal, fleas, ticks and others), vaccination, socializing, training, spaying or neutering, plus a whole lot more.
